Using this chair is a wonderful relaxing experience. It is almost addictive. If you feel that the massage is too hard it can be adjusted with the controls or by placing a towel or thin blanket over the back of the chair. I use an aroma therapy diffuser when I use the chair to enhance the relaxation experience.\nThe chair is easy to adjust for comfort and worth every penny. I love it!

This chair is the best! I bought one for my wife because of a sore back and aching legs after work. She loves the chair and uses it everyday. My 73 year old father visited. He has been suffering for years with back problems and difficulty walking. He tried the chair while he was here. After just using the massage chair once, he was amazed to find out that he could now walk better and his back didn't bother him. So, I bought one for him too.
